As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at arenaflex, you will be the trusted architect of value for our most strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll guide customers along a clear value‑realization path, ensuring they capture immediate ROI on their initial use cases while uncovering new opportunities for expansion across business units and use cases. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership: Fully own a portfolio of 30‑40 global enterprise customers, accountable for meeting and exceeding GRR and NRR targets.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, continually assessing customer workflows, identifying pain points, and designing tailored adoption plans that deliver Positive Business Outcomes (PBOs).
- Value Realization: Design, execute, and measure implementation roadmaps that align arenaflex’s capabilities with each customer’s strategic objectives, proving ROI at every stage.
- Champion Development: Cultivate internal champions who can evangelize the arenaflex solution across their organization, influencing key economic buyers and decision‑makers.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and Technical Support to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify at‑risk accounts, deploy mitigation strategies, and prevent churn through timely, data‑driven interventions.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or a closely related client‑facing role.
- Demonstrated success engaging senior‑level executives (VP level and above) at large, complex organizations.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, thrive under pressure, and meet ambitious performance targets.
