As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence, addressing routine and complex inquiries related to healthcare information.

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six months of customer service experience in a call center or administrative setting.
