Key Responsibilities Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings on Nexora's ecommerce platform. Ensuring all product information is accurate, complete, and compliant with established guidelines and procedures. Reviewing and verifying data for discrepancies or errors, and taking corrective action as needed. Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes, share best practices, and achieve common goals. Following established procedures and guidelines for data entry, and adhering to quality control standards. Reporting any issues or challenges to the supervisor promptly, and providing recommendations for resolution. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Taskium Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data management and analysis skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a high degree of organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Knowledge of Worklith Seller Central or other ecommerce platforms is advantageous, but not essential. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
