Senior IT Project Management Consultant
IT Consulting | 100% Remote (Romania)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (B2B / Private Entrepreneur / FOP)
Duration: Initial engagement of up to 18 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and agreed scope.

Engagement Overview
Mobiz is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Management Consultant to deliver complex infrastructure transformation and Azure cloud migration initiatives for international clients. This engagement is offered exclusively on a B2B basis to independent consultants operating a registered business in Ukraine (e.g., FOP / private entrepreneur) or an equivalent self‑employed structure. The Consultant will deliver defined project outcomes under agreed Statements of Work while maintaining professional independence.
Scope of Services
- Working with Mobiz stakeholders and client representatives, the Consultant will deliver agreed project outcomes, including:
- Delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones
- Delivery support for Azure cloud migration initiatives
- Coordination of infrastructure deployments (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)
- Delivery of enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)
- Preparation of project documentation, including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers
- Reporting on agreed project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)
- Coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as required to deliver outcomes
- Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
- Delivery of services in accordance with applicable security, governance, and architectural requirements defined by the client
- Preparation of executive‑level project status reporting and participation in steering or governance forums as required
- Contribution to post‑engagement reviews and continuous improvement activities
- Professional Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience delivering IT project or program management services
- 3+ years’ experience delivering Azure cloud migration initiatives
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programs
- Experience providing consulting services to external enterprise clients
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and system integrators
- Experience working with distributed and international project teams
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
- French language capability is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Experience with ITIL or service transition processes
- Background in highly regulated or enterprise‑scale environments

- Ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure delivery environments
Engagement Model
- This engagement is offered on an independent contractor (B2B) basis only. The Consultant:
- Operates an independent registered business (e.g., FOP / private entrepreneur)
- Determines how and when services are performed
- Uses their own tools, methods, and professional judgment
- May provide services to multiple clients concurrently
- Is not subject to Mobiz internal employment policies or procedures
- Delivers services based on agreed Statements of Work and project milestones
