Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience specializing in Selenium Java testing to lead and architect scalable test automation solutions within the Test Automation Architecture family
Job Description :
- Lead the design and development of robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java
- Architect scalable maintainable and reusable automated testing solutions to ensure software quality across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies aligned with business and technical requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of test automation processes tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in test automation and integrate best practices into the automation architecture
- Oversee integration of automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid delivery cycles
- Provide expert guidance on test automation standards code quality and best practices to ensure highquality deliverables
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium and Java
- Define and enforce automation architecture principles ensuring scalability reusability and performance
- Mentor and guide senior and junior automation engineers to elevate team capabilities
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards
- Collaborate with product owners developers and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve defects
- Drive test planning execution and reporting activities ensuring comprehensive test coverage
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance test automation effectiveness
