Must have strong long-form storytelling skills and experience shaping unscripted, interview-driven content into compelling broadcast episodes. Responsibilities include editing full episodes from multi-day farm shoots, integrating graphics and branded product placement naturally, creating social cutdowns, and delivering broadcast-ready exports. Premiere Pro preferred (After Effects a plus). Southern California-based editors only due to in-person media transfer and test edit requirements (RAID workflow). Editing may be done from your own workspace after onboarding. Please submit reel with long-form work, resume, and location. Editing is anticipated to begin March/April 2026, with rolling episode deliveries through late Summer 2026 (exact schedule to be finalized with selected editor). Initial onboarding and media transfer will take place in Southern California due to RAID-based footage workflow. Editor must be available for in-person onboarding and occasional in-person review sessions if needed. After media transfer, editing may be completed from your own studio/workspace. Test edit will be conducted in person with provided footage prior to final hire. Project is 1099 freelance, project-based compensation.
