Job Description
I am 80% owner of a small bicycle business. One of the 10% minority partners left the business and we are settling this now.
The minority partner paid for a valuation of the business. During that process I discovered 2 loans that were incorrectly reported on our balance sheet.
The valuation was completed.
Now we are in a dispute and the other party has tasked me with getting the valuation amended.
There are 2 loans that will need to be reported correctly and the valuation amended accordingly.
Below are the items that need to be amended
SBA EIDL Loan
The Pinnacle SBA EIDL loan should be $139,600.95 and
MRE Loan
The accurate balance as of 6/10/2025 was $238,648.78
Furthermore, since the other party paid for the initial valuation, and I am responsible for this amendment, is there anything you can provide to ensure that this amendment will be made with the most objectivity possible?
