Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager - Growth Initiatives leads complex, high-impact projects that support the strategic growth priorities of Baylor Scott & White Health. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the organization's high standards for quality and operational excellence.
As part of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this position helps mobilize cross-functional teams to execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives using standardized methodologies for project management, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Initial projects will support the organization's Growth portfolio, including acquisitions, new construction, and major expansion projects with an initial focus on Heart Hospital initiatives.
This leader manages projects from early ideation through operational activation and integration, ensuring alignment across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, engages in senior leadership, and serves as a trusted advisor who synthesizes complex information, communicates risks transparently, and drives successful outcomes across complex business environments, including joint ventures, physician partnerships, and third-party vendor relationships.
