Must be able to foster BEL USA'S mission and core values to help drive the organization towards a more constructive culture and higher performance. In addition, the Material Handler must operate warehouse equipment to ensure the products are being delivered in a timely manner.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong><strong>:</strong> (<em>The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whom performance of the function can be distributed).<br><br></em><ul><li>Pull stock in accordance with printed work orders and stage for production.</li><li>Prepare stock for shipments of non-imprint orders.</li><li>Change inventory tags and keep up-to-date.</li><li>Maintain a constant work flow for the Production Department.</li><li>Make sure that work area is maintained clean and clutter free.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment.</li><li>Pulls product according to printed sample orders.</li><li>Put stock away in appropriate warehouse locations.</li><li>Packages samples and materials for shipping to customers, trade shows, etc. </li><li>Responsible for inventory counts of samples in stock and requisitioning replacements from Production Planning. </li><li>Properly labels samples with designated hangtag label for proper identification of sample. </li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc.</li><li>Loads and unloads materials to and from trucks, pallets, racks and vehicles.</li><li>Performs cycle counting.
