Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense Attorney – Remote work! - 130k to 190k - NY / NJ
Founded over 20 years ago, we are a corporate law firm, employing over 40 attorneys and representing both domestic and international clients in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, insurance defense and coverage, secured and unsecured lending transactions, PIPEs, general corporate matters, litigation, tax and intellectual property matters.

Job duties:
Work remote! Potential for fully remote work or hybrid schedule (we have offices throughout NY and NJ).
· Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
· Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.
· Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
Required:
· NY and/or NJ bar
· Recent experience in insurance defense
