VALiNTRY is seeking a Salesforce Business Process Analyst in Document Automation for a position that requires 3 days on site in Charlotte, NC

Pay Range $50.00 to $65.00 W2 per hour, This position can compensate more depending on additional skills set that can be more valuable to the enterprise, don't hesitate to apply if you're a strong technical fit for this position.

Role Overview
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, and ongoing improvement of Conga, X-Author, and Salesforce. The objective is to ensure document generation, workflows, and approvals operate reliably while maintaining compliance and document accuracy-without disrupting business operations or slowing deal execution.

    Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for Conga and X-Author, troubleshooting template, workflow, and data-merge issues through resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance approved document templates, ensuring accuracy, consistent formatting standards, and strict version control.
  • Manage user access and permissions while enforcing controlled change management processes for templates and workflows.
  • Support approval routing and workflow stability; collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Conduct testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new templates and updates, validating document outputs across real-world scenarios prior to release.
  • Develop user guides, job aids, and training materials to improve adoption and reduce recurring support tickets.
  • Monitor recurring defects and document generation performance, identifying root causes and implementing improvements to support high-volume deal cycles.
  • Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years supporting business applications, document automation systems, workflow tools, or operational platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Conga, and/or X-Author (or similar document generation platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot data mapping, merge logic, and permission issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent requests while maintaining service quality during high-volume periods.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and set clear expectations.
  • Experience documenting processes and operating within structured controls (approvals, evidence tracking, and version management).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting lending or financial services documentation workflows, particularly within regulated environments.
  • Experience integrating document automation tools with CRM or source systems and managing a structured template library.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and change management systems and basic reporting or analytics using Excel.
