Independent Leadership Program Consultant – Remote

This is a flexible, income-based independent business partnership role, ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who enjoy connecting with people and guiding them to success.
- Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients via online discovery calls, webinars, and digital presentations
- Educate clients on the benefits of our leadership programs and help them select the best options for their goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted consultant
- Track progress and provide ongoing support to clients enrolled in programs
- Grow your independent business and expand your network while working remotely

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for leadership, coaching, and personal development
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Experience in sales, consulting, coaching, or program enrollment is a plus but not required
