<p>London </p><p>Your contractual place of work will be Endeavour Square, Stratford. It is likely that site will be operational from Summer 2025, in the interim period you will be required to carry out your contractual duties from Spring Gardens, Vauxhall, or such other reasonable location, on a temporary basis. For the avoidance of doubt as your contractual place of work is Endeavour Square, Stratford the move from any temporary place of work will not give rise to any entitlement to payments for travel time or costs under the Relocation and Excess Travel Policy. </p><p>Job Summary<br>You will service a number of teams across Investigation, Intelligence & Threat Leadership, contributing to court proceedings by readying exhibits for court. You will be responsible for maintaining and selecting suitable environments for exhibit storage. You will work in conjunction with the teams in meeting requirements regarding extraction of evidential material from exhibits. </p><p>Job Description<br>This is an exciting new role in Exhibit Management. You will support the Exhibit Store Manager (ESM) in the operation of the Stratford Central Exhibit store, managing the continuity of Exhibits in line with exhibit policy and legislation. </p><p>Conduct relevant health and safety procedures and report issues or identified risks in accordance with health and safety legislation and Agency policy. </p><p>Attend court and give evidence if required. </p><p>Accurately record receipt, movement and removal of exhibits, including opening/sealing actions, using appropriate NCA systems. Ensuring exhibits are placed into appropriate secure storage and maintain suitability of the storage medium selected. Whilst also taking timeous receipt of exhibits left in the out of hours area of the exhibit store including the drop box safe, recording and storing appropriately. </p><p>Appropriately package exhibits required to be sent from the exhibit store e.g. to forensics, and accurately record the movement of same. </p><p>Accurately complete forensic requests on exhibits as requested by the case team. </p><p>Select exhibits to be placed into remote storage, accurately record your actions and package exhibits appropriately to storage crates, complete appropriate paperwork, in conjunction with the case team.
