This pivotal role blends creative marketing leadership with analytical business acumen to expand market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Marketing Strategy & Execution</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote services.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and content creation in collaboration with external agencies.</li><li>Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Development & Growth</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and implement the firmâs approach to business development, working closely with practice leaders.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.</li><li>Support senior professionals in maintaining and developing client and stakeholder relationships.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Data & Performance Management</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Set KPIs and measure performance across marketing and business development activities.</li><li>Manage operational lead generation opportunities in real time, coordinating outsourced call handling and internal triage teams.</li><li>Analyse campaign results and market data to optimise strategies and budgets.</li><li>Report regularly on progress, ROI, and key insights to senior management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing with firmâwide goals.</li><li>Partner with practice heads to develop business development initiatives and skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5years ++ yearsâ experience in marketing and business development, ideally within a legal or regulated environment.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving growth targets and delivering successful campaigns.</li><li>Experience with industry publications (e.g., Legal 500) is advantageous.</li><li>Strong background in managing budgets and crossâfunctional teams.</li><li>Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastâpaced environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong problemâsolving skills.</li><li>Passion for driving business growth and maximising the impact of marketing and BD.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Revenue growth and client acquisition metrics</li><li>Lead conversion rate and customer retention</li><li>Marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness</li><li>Brand visibility and engagement metrics</li></ul><p></p>
