They are seeking an Audit Manager to manage financial statement audit engagements and provide leadership within the team. Responsibilities β’ Manage financial statement audit engagements from start to finish β’ Supervise audit staff and provide guidance and training β’ Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations β’ Review and analyze audit documentation and reports β’ Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions β’ Assist in the development and improvement of audit methodologies and processes Skills β’ Active CPA License β’ Minimum 5-7+ years of Audit & Assurance Exp β’ Current Supervising Exp. in a Public Accounting setting β’ Experience managing financial statement audit engagements from start to finish β’ Experience with relevant client industries (Real Estate, Construction, M&D, Tech, Professional Services, Non-Profit) Benefits β’ Full Health Benefits with employer contribution (Medical, Dental, Vision) β’ 401k & Profit Sharing Plan β’ Unlimited PTO Model & 10 Paid Holidays β’ Remote employees can fly out to our HQs at least twice a year for company events (post busy season party, holiday party, etc.) β’ Annual Firm-Wide Trip to Tropical Destination (all expenses paid!)
