About the position

As a Sales Executive within Savanta’s Client Development team, you will play a key role in supporting new business generation and revenue growth across our global organization.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and wider commercial teams to identify prospects, qualify leads, support proposals, and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
With exposure to all core business areas in a commercial function, this role is ideally suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and the desire to learn in a vibrant, fast-paced agency environment.
The role will best reward someone with a passion for exceeding expectations and offers multiple career development paths into full Account Management or New Business Development roles (a number of the current team progressed this way!).

    Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research and map prospects across target industries.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings.
  • Support the proposal and credential process, including feasibility and pricing inputs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records using tools such as Salesforce or Outreach.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and Savanta’s solutions and capabilities.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and feedback loops.
  • Prepare and update sales and marketing support materials.
  • Support content creation and client engagement initiatives.
  • Capture and document customer interactions, meeting outcomes, and account updates in CRM.
  • Support account planning and lead generation activity.
  • Assist with sales documentation including credentials, case studies, proposals, pitch decks, costing, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on cross‑functional projects.
    Requirements
  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a B2B sales or lead generation roles.
  • Passion for building a career in sales, commercial strategy, or client development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confidence communicating via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality output.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize stakeholder and internal requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite with ability to quickly grasp commercial software.
    Nice-to-haves
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced or high‑performance team environment.
  • Interest in or understanding of the breath of market research techniques.
