This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and the chance to make a meaningful impact—without cold calling or prospecting. Responsibilities • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families • Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options with clarity and professionalism • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations • Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops Skills • Authorized to work in the U.S • Reliable internet connection • Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access • Background in benefits advising, sales, or client services • Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, coachable, and mission-driven • Comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital documentation tools • A passion for serving veterans and their families is highly valued Benefits • Weekly Pay • Equity Opportunity • Bonus Program • Paid training and licensing support • 3% equity opportunity at qualifying performance levels • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Company Overview • AO serves working families across America and Canada and we are the largest distribution system of Globe Life, American Income Division.
