About the Role

Employee Benefits Corporation is hiring for a Data and Enrollment Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for data integrations, enrollment operations, and client data onboarding—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience for clients. Your work strengthens the operational backbone of EBC, driving efficiency, data quality, and continuous improvement across critical workflows.

Location

You can work from our Middleton, WI office, from your home office anywhere in Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, or Texas, or a mix of both (hybrid) depending on what works best. This role will be expected to travel to our office in Middleton, WI approximately 1-2 times per quarter.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure strong performance and engagement.
  • Manage daily operations for data integration and enrollment functions, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and adherence to goals.
  • Oversee relationships with third‑party vendors, data partners, and internal development teams to support integrations and data flow.
  • Guide clients through data needs, integration requirements, onboarding timelines, and ongoing operational support.
  • Improve and streamline operational workflows, address data quality concerns, and implement process enhancements that elevate the client experience.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree—or four years of directly related experience in place of a degree.
  • At least five years of leadership experience, including three years of direct people management.
  • Minimum three years of progressive experience with EDI data and/or enrollment operations.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities with the flexibility to navigate shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic proficiency with PowerPoint and AI tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter.

Ideally, you may also have experience with:

  • Platform migrations
  • CRM or relationship‑management systems
  • Healthcare transaction transmissions (834, 835, 837, 5010)
  • HIPAA and data security
  • Tax‑advantaged benefit plans, Section 125, Section 105, COBRA, or health insurance products
  • CFC or related industry credentials
