Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data, supporting organizational processes with precision. Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and verify a large volume of data into designated systems.
- Maintain organized records to ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Review and validate data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
- Work with checklists and follow established procedures to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Assist in formatting and sending HTML emails as part of email campaigns.
- Support the creation and implementation of email campaigns, ensuring proper data integration.
- Utilize tools such as ChatGPT to enhance efficiency in data processing.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in computer data entry or similar roles.
- Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT for data-related tasks.
- Knowledge of HTML emails and experience working with email campaign platforms.
- Ability to follow checklists and established workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and issue resolution.
Compensation
$21.38-$24.75 Hourly
