Job Title: ERP Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)
Type: Contract
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead multiple ERP integrations. This role is focused on supporting enterprise-level conversion and integration efforts, guiding functional teams through full project lifecycles.
- Responsibilities:
- Managing 2ā3 ERP projects at different lifecycle stages
- Driving integration execution with established project plans and templates
- Guiding functional teams through data extracts, mock testing, and cutover activities
- Tracking progress, resolving issues, and communicating risks or delays to leadership
- Partnering with business and IT teams to ensure successful data conversion and go-lives
- Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience
- At least 3 full ERP integrations completed end-to-end (Oracle preferred)
- Experience working with data extracts, loads, and validation
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to guide cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance technical understanding with project delivery focus
