- Owns the operational agenda, including: Tracking performance across teams
- Implementing solutions for improvement
- Identifying data integration and development needs
- Problem solving and solutioning of efficiency opportunities
- Develops and monitors KPIs to ensure high-quality, compliant operations
- Partners with the Primary Care Medical Director and multiple cross-functional teams to drive execution
- Supports the processes of continuous improvement and standardization of the clinical workflow
- Requirements:
- 5+ years leading provider or population health operations, ideally in primary care
- Demonstrated ability to launch, scale, or optimize clinical programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
- Experience partnering effectively with clinicians, analysts, engineers, product teams, and vendor networks
- Comfortable building processes, prototypes, or frameworks from scratch
- Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies, developing solutions, and delivering measurable improvements
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly to both clinicians and executive leadership
