Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a HEDIS Medical Record Reviewer. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our clinical data by coordinating medical record-related tasks and performing essential chart audits.

This is a contract position with an anticipated end date of April 30th.

salary: $35 - $45 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

    Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive chart audits for the medical record review portions of the annual HEDIS audit.
  • Utilize various data and information systems to support HEDIS activities. You will work alongside technical staff to maintain data integrity and maximize the clinical benefits of our information management systems.
  • Support the HEDIS Manager in coordinating tasks across the organization to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Participate in specialized training regarding hybrid HEDIS measures and data documentation systems.
  • Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned to support the collective goal.

Contract through the end of April 2026
