Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Colliers is an industry leader seeking an Operations & Accounts Payable Coordinator to support property management teams across the US. The role involves collaborating with various teams, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies. Responsibilities β’ Ability to collaborate with leaders, managers, and peers on administrative and operational items they need to successfully manage property and minimize risk for our clients β’ Use Microsoft Office Suite software and online tools to receive and complete requests, share files, and communicate project details to seamlessly support on forms and processes β’ Organize and track project details for team success analytics β’ Work independently on individual assigned tasks while aligning with the Centralized Support Team to ensure a standard level of support is met at a minimum β’ Will be supporting West Coast REMS β’ Follow department policies and procedures relating to standard processes and audit compliance β’ Maintain a high level of confidentiality Skills β’ Experience in real estate or property management β’ Knowledge of AVID or similar AP system β’ Experience with coding and entering vendor invoices into the accounting system β’ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines & prioritize β’ Moderate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat β’ Work independently while supporting team initiatives β’ Excellent time management skills β’ Attention to detail β’ Strong communication skills β’ Customer service experience β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality Benefits β’ Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. β’ Employees are able to enroll in our companyβs 401k plan, which includes an employer match. β’ Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. β’ Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. β’ Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. β’ Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
