Job Description
We are a real estate investment company that works with property owners facing foreclosure, distressed property situations, probate, and tax issues. The role involves speaking with homeowners, understanding their financial situation, and helping them explore possible solutions. Strong real estate negotiation and financial hardship conversation skills are important.
This is not a high-pressure sales job. The goal is to understand the situation, build trust over multiple conversations, and help the owner find a workable solution — sometimes that includes selling the property.
What You Will Do
- Call property owners dealing with foreclosure, tax issues, or inherited property situations
- Listen carefully and understand their situation before discussing options
- Explain complex situations in simple terms (we will train you)
- Build trust through follow-ups and multiple conversations
- Work with our internal team and attorneys when needed
- Stay organized and follow up until a clear outcome is reached
Who This Role Is Best For
This role is ideal for someone who has experience talking to people in difficult situations and guiding them through decisions.
Helpful backgrounds include:
- Debt collection or account retention
- Mortgage servicing or foreclosure prevention
- Real estate acquisition or wholesaling
- Insurance claims or case management
- Solar or home improvement sales
- Customer retention or financial hardship assistance
You do not need to know real estate law or title issues. We will train you.

Role Details
- Remote position
- Part-time (approximately 4 hours per day) from 3 PM – 7 PM Eastern
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Hourly pay plus performance bonuses per closed contract
