Job Description
- If you have customer service or call center experience and are eager to learn something new, this role provides exposure to the dynamic world of medical and benefits plans. Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will act as a liaison for clients, responding via phone and email regarding COBRA, billing eligibility, insurance plans, policies, and payments. You must maintain professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication at all times.
- Temporary position through Dec 2026 with potential for extension or hire
- Fully remote work with structured schedule
- $16.50/hour, with an increase upon hire
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups as needed, updating call status appropriately.
- Navigate multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of calls and actions taken.
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5PM
