Your Role: Customer Service Representative

You’ll be the friendly, professional voice supporting customers with care and confidence.
In this role, you will:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Deliver clear, accurate information and solve problems efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance standards
Collaborate with teammates and leaders who want to see you succeed
Work Schedule
This role requires flexibility for evening shifts during busy seasons.
Regular Hours of Operation (EST):
Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Peak Seasons:
January–March | July–August | October
