Active, valid BCBA license in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in California. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong attention to detail in documentation; Medi-Cal documentation experience preferred. Prior BCBA or RBT experience preferred. Willingness and availability to take on case assignments within an assigned radius. Services are primarily remote, with some requirements for in office assessments at our Brea office. Telehealth, in home, and face to face services may also be included. Responsibilities:
Supervise assigned cases and ensure quality of care. Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and write progress reports. Train and provide oversight for behavioral technicians. Work closely with parents, families, and school staff. Attend meetings as required. Develop and supervise ABA treatment programs across settings such as homes, schools, clinics, community programs, and daycares. Provide field supervision in accordance with client treatment plans. Mentor, guide, and lead a team of behavioral technicians. Review and monitor session notes and data to evaluate client progress and staff performance. Offer parent training to strengthen family involvement. Maintain open and professional communication with families. Facilitate team meetings and coordinate care with families, staff, and other professionals. Provide supervision for BTs and BCBA candidates consistent with BACB requirements. Roles & Expectations:
Full Time roles typically require 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 25 hours in billable services. Remaining hours may consist of non billable tasks such as staff training, interviews, administrative duties, supervisory meetings, group BCBA meetings, schedule reviews, and other assigned responsibilities. Non billable duties may be added or changed as determined by Spectrum Wellnest ABA Therapy. Employees are expected to follow assigned work schedules and locations unless approved by a supervisor or impacted by unforeseen circumstances. Schedule:
Flexible part time and Full Time schedules available. Evening and weekend availability optional. Pay & Benefits:
Hourly rate: $65•85 (competitive pay). Employee benefits include:
