I’m running a pilot project focused on improving how a commercial real estate investment firm sources potential acquisition opportunities.
The goal is to test a lightweight automation workflow that helps identify property owners and support structured outreach.
This is not a large software build. The objective is to evaluate a lean workflow that combines data extraction, enrichment, and outreach support.
//Potential Technical Components//
Examples of areas where support may be needed include:
- extracting or structuring property data from existing datasets
- supporting owner identification workflows
- basic enrichment or classification logic
- organizing results into structured datasets
- creating simple workflow automation for outreach tracking
The goal is to determine the leanest viable automation layer that improves sourcing efficiency.
//What I’m Looking For//
Someone comfortable working with:
- Python
- workflow automation tools
- APIs and data processing
- lightweight automation infrastructure
Experience with data scraping or structured datasets is helpful.
