- Oversees a sales team dedicated to Supplemental Health products
- Building strong personal and collaborative partnerships to meet or surpass sales goals
- Increasing revenue, membership, and earnings
- Working closely with colleagues to uphold the Aetna Brand promise for Plan Sponsors and Producers
- Establishing effective structure, consistent sales practices, and active broker or consultant engagement in the market
- Analyzing competitive environment to support and improve pricing, underwriting and product development strategies
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all constituents
- Recruiting, attracting, and retaining a diverse workforce and engaging them through mentoring and coaching
- Requirements:
- 7-9 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above
- Demonstrated experience leading a high performing Sales team
- Extensive experience with Supplemental Health products, including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Plans
- Ability to travel as required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Health & Life licensed
