Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Email Designer/Digital Designer (International Coordinator) for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our clients! Email Designer / Digital Designer (Retail / Beauty) Remote 6+ months- W-2 Contract Bolingbrook, IL - Hybrid Position Overview: The Email Developer/Digital Designer will develop and execute a range of email campaigns including promotional, triggered, and transactional using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, and other automation tools. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Email Marketing, Member Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, and the Digital Design team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Principal duties & responsibilities ā¢ Build email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink and related tools ā¢ Edit and troubleshoot design/code during the proofing process across all platforms (Figma, Salesforce, Movable Ink) ā¢ Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and style conventions ā¢ Partner with Email Marketing to understand deployment schedules ā¢ Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output ā¢ Stay current on email best practices, ESP capabilities and emerging technologies ā¢ Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performance ā¢ Participate in ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs Required Skills: ā¢ 3 5 years experience in digital design and email development ā¢ Bachelor s degree in Design, Media Arts or a related field ā¢ Strong portfolio showcasing digital/email design work ā¢ Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP), Movable Ink ā¢ Familiarity with data integrations and APIs ā¢ Experience with triggered, transactional and journey-based emails ā¢ Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or other coding tools), CMS platforms, and project tools like ā¢ Strong knowledge of AMP script, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript ā¢ Detail-oriented, efficient and creatively driven problem-solver ā¢ Strong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors ā¢ Experience in e-commerce or retail environments ā¢ Passion for beauty and deep understanding of the beauty industry, especially client s Beauty s products and guests Preferred : ā¢ Video editing or animation experience Beware of scams.
