They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales customer lifecycle, driving adoption and value realization while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.

    Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals
  • Drive customer toward full value realization
  • Deepen customer relationships and create new ones
  • Develop strong understanding of customer use cases
  • Manage account escalations
  • Monitor account health; take action to improve health and/or mitigate risk
  • Nurture customers for advocacy
  • Drive product adoption
  • Cross-functional collaboration on projects and systems
  • Work collaboratively to support renewals & upsells
    Skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Familiarity with CRMs and data tools
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor Degree (BA or BBA) or equivalent
