Job Description
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12pm–5pm EST
Type: Part-time, remote
Experience: 1–2+ years in immigration law
Languages: Spanish & English bilingual preferred
We are a busy immigration law firm looking for a part-time Immigration Legal Assistant / VA who can handle a high volume of cases and has experience with:
VAWA cases
N-400 naturalization
AOS (Adjustment of Status) applications. Must know how to handle online filings, and putting together submission packets.
You will help with:
Preparing and organizing immigration forms
Managing cases in Docketwise
Communicating with clients (email/chat, possibly calls)
Coordinating with our team via Slack
Direct experience with VAWA, N-400, and AOS
Able to work consistently 12pm–5pm EST, Monday–Friday
Comfortable using Docketwise and Slack
Strong attention to detail and case organization - Extremely Important.
