Job Description:
We are seeking a UKG Workforce Dimensions Expert to lead configuration, optimization, and enterprise support of the UKG Pro WFM platform across multiple facilities. The role focuses on system configuration, scheduling optimization, integrations, and workforce analytics.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME for UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM)
- Configure Advanced Scheduler, pay rules, accruals, and timekeeping policies
- Manage scheduling workflows, staffing plans, and shift rules
- Support integrations with HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and other systems
- Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and labor analytics
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and release management
- Provide Tier 3 support and manage vendor coordination Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions
- Experience with Advanced Scheduler (preferred)
- Strong configuration experience in Timekeeping and Accruals
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site deployments
- UKG certifications (nice to have)
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $76.00 - $80.00 per hour.
