Sammons Financial Group Companies is focused on providing quality financial services and is seeking an Advanced Markets Operations Consultant. This role involves managing operations related to premium finance, collaborating with various internal and external partners, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals while targeting high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Responsibilities • Manage the integrity of premium finance operations by collaborating with Compliance, Legal, New Business, and Administration • Coordinate with Life Distribution, Marketing, Underwriting, and other internal partners to ensure premium finance is positioned appropriately both internally and externally in the marketplace • Work closely with outside premium finance vendors and facilitators, lenders, agencies, and advisors to promote effective and efficient business • Partner with sales distribution teams to provide premium finance training, case consultation, and logistical support • Analyze the various forms of premium finance and their corresponding product, tax, legal, and sales impacts • Gather, manage, interpret and deploy premium finance metrics to track activity. Target additional opportunities utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other Data Analytics tools • Work with the Market Intelligence area to identify Advanced Markets opportunities in the high-net worth-marketplace • Analyze the competitive life product landscape. Provide insight and marketable opportunities in the high-net-worth and business owner market • Collaborate with internal Marketing team(s) to ensure Advanced Markets website and digital resources are regularly updated with current, competitive, and relevant content • Assist in the creation and delivery of high impact, engaging training on product and sales concepts for internal and external business partners • Work with the Advanced Markets team to provide assistance with advanced planning cases for financial professionals and clients • Commitment to embrace Sammons Financial Group Companies shared values (Accountability, Connection, Openness, Respect and Integrity) • As stated within the Company Attendance and Punctuality policy, regular attendance is required and expected in order to meet the business service levels and workflow demands • Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Marketing Preferred • Minimum 7 years' experience in life marketing, agent training, and other life insurance areas Preferred • Minimum 6 years' experience in premium finance and other Advanced Markets case consultation Preferred • Minimum 6 years' experience in formal documentation and adult learning, training, and/or education Preferred • Experience with advanced illustration and case design systems (e.g. Insmark) Preferred • Highly-developed communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to deliver clear and convincing presentations, and the ability to facilitate an open exchange of ideas, build coalitions, and foster an atmosphere of open idea sharing • Outstanding analytical skills with ability to apply and identify insights into actionable design or marketing opportunities • Impactful ability to explain complex ideas and intricate details clearly and effectively by adapting to audience needs • Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability and credibility to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking • Significant exposure to a broad sampling of training industry standards and best practices • Proven ability to interact with associates and senior management in a cross-functional environment, using tact and good judgement • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines; flexible in coping with changing business environments and changing direction • Achievement-orientated and possesses strong problem solving, decision making, strategic, and process thinking skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively under deadline pressures • Results oriented team player with high sense of accountability • Proficient use of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word as they relate to assigned projects • Criminal background check required • CLU Preferred • ChFC Preferred • CFP Preferred • JD optional Benefits • Health • Dental • Vision • Company Paid Retirement • PTO and Holiday Pay • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) • Healthy balance between work and personal lives • Friday afternoons off all year long • Competitive PTO • Generous number of paid holidays • Incentive program for defined goals subject to eligibility and performance • Monetary rewards are based on individual and/or overall company performance Company Overview • Sammons® Financial Group Companies (collectively, Sammons Financial Group) provide today’s most sought after life insuran
