You'll also be in contact with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic approach will ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately process and enter patient information into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information * Contact healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies * Respond to patient calls to arrange and manage new medication orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans * Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care * Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medication therapies and treatment options **Essential Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration) * 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * 6 months of experience working with Windows-Based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web browsing, and email * Strong data entry skills and attention to detail * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) while performing the essential duties of this role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of experience working as a pharmacy technician * 90 days of experience handling and resolving client needs via telephone * Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medication therapies * Experience with clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support roles * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with strong customer service skills * Strong knowledge of computer programs and software applications * Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail **Work Environment and Culture** At Zenvora, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
