Junior Full-Stack Developer — Commercial Truck Auction Platform
Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Part-time
About the project
We’re building a commercial truck auction platform where users browse, bid on, and manage commercial vehicle auctions. The app includes real-time bidding, authentication (including passkeys), admin tools, and integrations with marketing and SMS. You’ll work on a modern full-stack codebase with clear structure and room to grow.
What you’ll work on
Frontend: Auction listings, bid flows, dashboards, and admin UI using React and shared components.
Backend & data: API routes, database queries, and real-time updates.
Quality: Tests, type safety, and small, reviewable changes.
Tech stack
Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix/shadcn-style UI.
Backend & data: Supabase (Auth, PostgreSQL, Realtime, Edge Functions), Vercel.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions/Workflows
Tooling: Bun, React Hook Form + Zod, Jotai, React Email.
What we’re looking for (required)
- Experience with Next.js (React/TypeScript), Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL
- Experience implementing Figma (or another design platform) designs with clean, modular, and maintainable code
- Clear communication, asks questions, and follows through on tasks.
Nice to have (not required)
- Shadcn/Radix UI components
- Supabase experience
- Interest in real-time features, auth, or e‑commerce/auction-style UIs.I
