The Azzam Group and Haven Group Property Management are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a high-performing real estate team.
We’re not looking for someone to build a social media presence from scratch — we already have a strong, established brand and active social media platforms. What we need is someone who can take what we’ve built and help grow it to the next level.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Director of Marketing and a highly productive real estate team of 10+ agents that closes 500+ transactions per year. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values high-quality work, creativity, efficiency, and growth.
This role goes beyond marketing. The ideal candidate will also be cross-trained in our listing process, allowing you to assist with preparing properties for market when needed and help support our full-time Listing Coordinator. This provides valuable exposure to the full real estate marketing and listing lifecycle.

- Position Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts, including replying to new messages, comments, and maintaining updated profiles
- Create and publish engaging social media content including video, carousel, and static content
- Follow branding guidelines to ensure marketing content maintains a professional and modern aesthetic
- Maintain a social media content calendar and schedule posts at least one week in advance
- Provide regular reporting on social media and advertising performance
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Design marketing materials for digital and print using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain website pages using WordPress and Elementor
- Cross-train in the listing process to assist with preparing properties for market when needed
- Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent American English language fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to create modern, visually engaging designs
- Proven ability to execute social media strategy and content planning
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Extremely proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Canva, and drag-and-drop editors
- Basic familiarity with WordPress and HTML preferred
- Reliable and fast internet connection (VPN may be required for those outside the U.S.)
- Available for full-time Monday–Friday schedule during Eastern Time business hours
- Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of real estate marketing experience
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design programs
- Experience creating email campaigns with drag-and-drop editors

Pay: $8.00 - $18.00 per hour
