Provide remote medication management services to military population.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care.
Monitor and adjust medication dosages as needed.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy.
Stay up-to-date on the latest research and treatment methods in the field of psychiatry.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
