We're hiring a Fintech Recruiter at Evotym. This role is not for everyone.
We're a specialist recruitment agency in Fintech, Payments, Crypto, and regulated financial services. Small team, high bar, real impact.
We're growing — and we need someone who can keep up.
What this actually looks like day-to-day: You source. A lot. Not 10 candidates — hundreds, until you find the right one. You move fast, think ahead, and automate what can be automated. You talk to candidates and clients in both English and Russian, and you know how to sell both sides of the equation. You get into the details. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
- You're a fit if:
- 2+ years in recruitment, ideally in Fintech or tech
- Fluent in English and Russian — strong communicator, not just functional
- You've built sourcing systems, not just done sourcing
- You're commercially sharp — you can position a role and a company, not just send CVs
- Detail-oriented and self-driven in equal measure
- You're curious about Fintech and want to get deep into the space
