Job Title: Expert Scriptwriter: YouTube Law Enforcement & Bodycam (Midwest Safety or EWU Bodycam Style)
Job Description:
I'm looking for an expert scriptwriter for a new Law Enforcement/Bodycam YouTube channel. I am specifically looking for someone who can provide production-ready scripts that go beyond basic narration.
Our style is modeled after channels like Midwest Safety or EWU Bodycam, meaning we need lean narration that lets the footage do the heavy lifting while maintaining a high-tension pace.
This job will require less than 20 hours per week to start and will increase as my content pipeline is refined and expanded.
The Deliverables:
If you’ve scripted in this niche before, you know the workflow. I am looking for a professional who provides:
Scene Breakdowns: Scripts clearly divided into narrative scenes or "beats."
Timestamped Assets: Every line of narration must be matched with specific timestamps and file names from the raw footage.
Image & Overlay Integration: Instructions for where to include specific image files, maps, or HUD overlays to provide context.
Multi-cam Logging: The ability to skim multiple raw bodycam/dashcam angles, select the best perspective for each moment of the story and select which segments should be left out of the final production.
The Consultation:
I want to start with a paid 1-on-1 consultation to discuss your specific pipeline. I want to see how you organize your source logs and how you manage multiple camera angles within the same scene while juggling hours of raw footage.
To Apply:
Please attach or link to a sample script you have written. I'm looking for scripts that show your ability to manage timestamps and multiple visual assets. Proposals without a technical script sample will not be considered. Thank you.
