### **Role Overview**
Mercor is seeking experienced **Stylists & personal shoppers** (celebrity, editorial, retail, or e-commerce) to collaborate with a leading AI research lab. You will design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems by creating realistic shopper profiles, high-quality prompts, and rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks.
### Qualifications
- **3 + years** of professional experience in any of the following: celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying / merchandising, e-commerce category management, or related consumer-shopping roles
- Demonstrated expertise in trend spotting, brand benchmarking, and translating shopper needs into concrete product recommendations
- Proven ability to create retail assets (e.g., inventory scorecards, product-content libraries, campaign-ROI reports)
- Excellent written English and keen attention to detail
### **Project Timeline**
- **Start Date:** Aug 10th
- **Duration:** 5 weeks
- **Commitment:** Part-time, ~20 hours/week
### **Compensation & Contract**
- **Hourly Rate:** $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
