Duration & Type: 6+ months Contract with a major pharmaceutical industry client
Location: Remote
- Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholders from various patient services brand programs virtually using MS Teams and Miro
- Review their documentation
- Develop high level to detailed level process flow maps in Visio
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) or associated work instructions
- Share best practices and guide individuals requiring additional expertise
- Actively seek and manage project risks
- Analyze process deconstruction findings and seek innovation in to-be process flows
- Actively communicate with impacted personnel to gain alignment and identify concerns
- Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. Lean Six Sigma training and certification a must.
- Minimum 6 years of related Business Process experience required.
- Industrial Engineering background
- Background in patient services programs (ideally) or programs with similar intake, onboarding, services provided and retention (such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, etc.)
- Experience gaining consensus among stakeholders who may not agree.
- Highly independent, self-directed worker
- Strong analytical skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Project, SharePoint & Visio
- Ability to work seamlessly with team and independently to produce great deliverables with little quality assurance or oversight
- Data analysis skills, to continue to add value throughout the engagement
