Cannabis Creative Group, a CHAMP Digital company is a dynamic, fast-scaling Marketing Agency that partners with clients to shape their brand narrative, engage their audiences, and drive measurable results. We are looking for a powerhouse CRM Specialist who sits at the intersection of data-driven logic and high-end creative execution. You aren't just "sending emails"βyou are architecting the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate can jump into Figma to design a sleek layout, write the persuasive copy that drives clicks, build out complex automated flows in Klaviyo or HubSpot, and then jump on a video call to walk a client through the ROI of the campaign. You should be someone who views AI as a teammate, using it to scale personalization and efficiency. This position is contract but can evolve to a full time position. What Youβll Be Doing β’ End-to-End Campaign Management: Conceptualize, write, design, and deploy high-performing Email and SMS campaigns. β’ Lifecycle Architecture: Build and optimize sophisticated "logic flows" (welcome series, abandoned carts, win-backs, and loyalty loops) across platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and AIQ (Alpine IQ). β’ Creative Execution: Use design software like Figma to create visually stunning, mobile-responsive templates that align with brand identities. β’ Content Strategy: Write compelling, high-conversion copy for both Email and SMS formats. β’ AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for predictive analytics, copy testing, and workflow automation to keep us ahead of the curve. β’ Client Leadership: Serve as the face of CRM during client meetings, presenting strategies and translating complex data into actionable insights. β’ Reporting & ROI: Own the numbers. You will pull metrics, build reports, and prove the value of your efforts through clear attribution and revenue growth. Your Technical Toolkit β’ CRM/ESP Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Alpine IQ, Klaviyo, and other email software is a must. β’ Design: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva (you should be comfortable building from scratch, not just editing text). β’ Analytics: Ability to navigate dashboards, perform A/B testing, and report on KPIs.
