As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Taskzeno, you will be the gatekeeper of information that fuels clinical decisions, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your meticulous work ensures that physicians, administrators, and support staff can rely on pristine datasets to drive better outcomes, reduce errors, and advance medical research. Key Responsibilities Data Capture & Entry: Read source documents—including patient forms, lab reports, and administrative records—and enter information into designated fields with 99.9% accuracy. Verification & Quality Assurance: Cross‑check entered data against original documents, flag inconsistencies, and correct errors before final submission. Data Integrity Management: Perform routine integrity checks, identify duplicate or missing records, and generate concise error reports for supervisory review. Document Digitization: Scan, upload, and properly tag electronic copies of paper-based documents, ensuring they are searchable and securely stored. Administrative Support: Answer internal phone inquiries, replenish virtual supplies (e‑forms, templates), and maintain organized digital filing systems. Reporting & List Generation: Create and distribute spreadsheets, data lists, and basic summary reports to assist department heads and project teams. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of two (2) years of professional data entry experience, preferably within a healthcare, laboratory, or insurance environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms. Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple data streams simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with remote teammates and supervisors.
