- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop onboarding plans for new nurse practitioners, including generating welcome packets and scheduling live sessions
- Facilitate the completion of required onboarding activities for preceptors and new nurse practitioners
- Coordinate and organize NP education materials to ensure accessibility and accuracy
- Manage meeting calendars and facilitate discussions across NP education and clinical development initiatives
- Oversee annual curriculum reviews and align subject matter owners for timely submissions
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in coordinating educational or training programs
- Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for course design and implementation
- Ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare education or nursing training programs
- Familiarity with Articulate platform or similar e-learning tools
- Background in curriculum development and review processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups
- Previous experience in a role that required multitasking and prioritization
