Position : Telecaller - Agriculture & Farmer Outreach
Location: Andhra Pradesh (Any Location)
- Duties And Responsibilities
- Call farmers, field teams, and stakeholders to collect updates on ongoing agriculture, horticulture, and plantation activities.
- Provide basic technical guidance and support to farmers on horticulture and plantation management, including best practices for crop care, planting techniques, maintenance, and addressing common cultivation challenges.
- Maintain regular communication with farmers to understand the status of plantation, crop progress, and field operations.
- Record and organize information received from calls in internal tracking systems or reports.
- Follow up with farmers or partners to ensure timely updates on ongoing work.
- Provide periodic reports and summaries of field updates to the management team.
- Build a positive and respectful relationship with farmers and local stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues or delays in field activities and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Assist in coordination between farmers, field teams, and internal teams.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Plantation Management, or related fields.
- Candidates should preferably be from Karnataka and have strong familiarity with agricultural practices in these regions.
- Fluency in Telugu and English (both speaking and understanding required).
- Good understanding of agriculture, horticulture, plantation crops, and farming practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
- Prior experience in farmer engagement, agri extension services, or rural outreach.
- Knowledge of plantation crops, agroforestry, or sustainable agriculture practices.
- Experience in telecalling, field coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
