At Molina Healthcare, we are looking for a highly motivated Medical Records Collector with excellent organizational skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and accurately processing medical records in a timely manner.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical records or healthcare setting and demonstrate a strong knowledge of medical terminology. We also prefer someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as superior attention to detail.If you are a professional with an eye for detail, an organized approach to work, and a passion for helping people, then this job is for you. Responsibilities:
Collect and accurately process medical records in a timely manner.
Maintain a strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Demonstrate superior attention to detail.
Follow established policies and procedures.
Ensure all medical records are kept secure and confidential.
Communicate with other departments to ensure accuracy of records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medical records collected.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with patient inquiries and inquiries concerning medical records.
