<p><strong>Regional Performance Manager (North of England) </strong></p><p>ITAS Ltd are based at the ITAS Training Academy in Milton Keynes and provide dedicated professionals to manage motor manufacturer collision repair programs, create advanced bespoke software solutions and design and deliver specialist technical Bodyshop training courses for our motor manufacturer clients in the UK and globally. ITAS is a team focused business with a friendly and professional approach to both our clients and staff.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Regional Performance Manager Job Summary</strong></p><p>This role is field-based, and the ideal candidate will be living in the North of England to cover the Northern region.</p><p><br></p><p>The Regional Performance Manager (RPM) will be highly skilled individual working solely for one of our motor manufacturer clients. The individual will be responsible for a set number of Dealers and Bodyshop’s. Accountable for managing and nurturing the relationship between the Dealer and Bodyshop ensuring every profit opportunity is capitalised on for the motor manufacturer, Dealer and Bodyshop.</p><p>The RPM main purpose will be to evaluate and interpret key data, ensuring that the Retailer/Dealer/Bodyshop’s are performing to their targets and business objectives. Make important business decisions based on fact and supported by data. The RPM will manage their region’s engagement regarding work provider agreements, promote the benefits and dispel negativity. Carry out periodic vehicle inspections, in association with the estimate/invoice, to make sure the vehicles are being repaired correctly, the correct number of parts are being fitted and that the Bodyshop is fulfilling the work provider SLA’s.</p><p><strong>Regional Performance Manager Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Ensure all Bodyshop’s are reporting correctly (data taken directly from BMS)</p><p>· Interpret key reporting data (K2K, average repair costs, parts etc)</p><p>· Understand and be able to interpret estimates</p><p>· Understand and interrogate Bodyshop Management System data</p><p>· Carry out Bodyshop Audits</p><p>· Create Monthly Regional reports</p><p>· Present data and set objectives</p><p>· Interpret customer satisfaction results/review</p><p>· Review and discuss vehicle inspection results with Bodyshop’s</p><p>· Carry out Performance Review meetings with Dealers/Bodyshop’s</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Regional Performance Manager Requirements and Skills:</strong></p><p>· Professional attitude and appearance</p><p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>· Excellent listening skills</p><p>· Excellent IT skills</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of Bodyshop Management Systems</p><p>· Work independently and as part of a team</p><p>· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise</p><p>· Excellent time-management and organisational skills</p><p>· Strong team player</p><p><br></p><p>ITAS are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated individual to become a valued member of the team.
