  • Identify automation and tooling opportunities to enhance scalability

High-Impact Execution

  • Own time-sensitive, business-critical operational tasks
  • Support leadership with data analysis and execution on strategic priorities
  • Proactively identify gaps and solve problems before they escalate

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with HubSpot reporting (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Ability to present data clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High accountability and comfort operating independently
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a bias toward thoughtful execution

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, advanced formulas) to build recurring KPI reporting and automated reporting workflows
  • CRM reporting experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable), including dashboard maintenance and data hygiene
  • Strong data quality discipline: define metrics clearly, validate inputs/outputs, and run QA to prevent client-facing errors
  • Ownership of client-ready reporting deliverables (weekly/monthly KPI packs, KPI reviews, and on-time report delivery)
  • Ability to manage and reconcile data across systems to maintain a reliable source of truth (CRM + spreadsheets + vendor tools)
  • Track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing measurable improvements (time saved, fewer errors, faster turnaround)
  • Experience partnering with vendors to improve processes and system performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to pull, query, and validate data from structured sources (databases/warehouses/vendor exports) using common query tools/languages (e.g., SQL, MongoDB query language, or similar)
  • Power BI: Experience creating and/or maintaining Power BI dashboards (data modeling, KPI definitions, refresh schedules, and stakeholder-ready reporting)
  • Experience working in additional BI platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker, Tableau) for reporting, dashboard iteration, or metric validation
  • Experience supporting or evaluating systems integrations (CRM ↔ BI ↔ vendor tools), including requirements, testing, and monitoring
  • Familiarity with data quality and governance practices (validation checks, audit trails, access controls; comfort working with sensitive/PII data)
  • Experience with automation and workflow tooling (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Background in fintech, benefits, HR tech, or other high-trust / sensitive-data environments

What Success Looks Like

  • Enterprise reporting is consistently accurate, polished, and proactive
  • Operational inefficiencies are identified early and resolved effectively
  • Systems and workflows scale smoothly as the company grows
  • Leadership and client-facing teams trust you to execute critical work with precision and reliability
