Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Facebook Group Moderator to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a remote position.
We run a growing Facebook group in the home service and cleaning business space, and we need someone who can help us keep the community active, professional, and well-organized every single day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Approving or declining new member requests and reviewing answers to join questions
- Monitoring posts and comments daily for quality and relevance
- Removing spam, irrelevant content, and inappropriate posts
- Keeping conversations active, positive, and helpful
- Flagging issues or concerns to management
- Helping maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming group environment
- Engaging with members to encourage participation and build community
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone familiar with Facebook groups, including member approval, post moderation, comment management, engagement strategies, and spam prevention
- Reliable, organized, responsive, and a strong communicator
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the group day to day
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with customer support, community management, or social media moderation is a plus
- Available full-time and looking for a long-term, ongoing role
